Ratish Kapadia has been a trusted and passionate advisor to retailers on strategic and financial performance issues. He has helped retailers to improve output of staff to achieve financial performance improvement. He has deliver more than 400 training sessions during his 18 years journey. He has been working closely with leading National Retail Chains in all key sectors, including department stores and standalone mono brand stores or MBOs (Multi Brand).
Ratish began his career at Citizen Watches in Mumbai, INDIA and then moved to RayBan Sun optics. Later in 2008, he moved to Fossil India. In 2016, he established Kapadia Business Consultancy with primary focus on Retail Sales.
His theory says there are four pillars of retail. i.e Sales, Staff, Stock and VM (Display). A retailer must maintain health of these pillars in order to have a profitable retail business.
Current Role: Ratish is working on designing and executing various policies and processes. Also he works on developing training modules for Sales personnel.
Co - Founder
Dharti Kapadia joined KBC in June 2016. Till 2009 she served as Business Advisor in ICICI Prudential, Surat, INDIA where she was responsible to tab HNI and corporate clients. Dharti has fairly good experience in identifying prospects, P2P communication and follow ups. She has also advised many HNI in Reliance Petrochemicals in Hazira, Surat.
Dharti has done her PG in marketing, post her bechlor’s in commerce from Gujarat.
Current Role: Dhrati manages outbound communication with clients and identifies prospects. Apart from this she also handles independent projects.
Business Development Executive
Umar is ITI DIploma holder and joined KBC in January 2020 based out of GUJARAT. He has got exposure to various retail formats including Big Bazaar. He is young, energetic and enthusiastic guy open to learn new things.
Current Role: He is handling Front End Communication, Sales and providing basic services to existing clients. As he learns, he shall be assigned more responsibilities.
